Shipping and returns
When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order in 5-8 business days. All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production and 2-5 days for shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
How is my order packaged?
Your print will be sealed in an archival plastic bag and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box or tube.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
If your order gets lost in the mail, please send us a message with your order number. You will receive a free reprint.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send us a message with a picture of how your order arrived. We'll send you a free reprint.
Can I get a refund?
If, for some reason, you don't like your print, please reach out to us within 30 days for a refund.
Production and materials
What is your production method?
We work with a network of premium printing partners throughout the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. Your order will be produced in a facility that's closest to you. This way, we keep delivery times short and our carbon footprint as low as possible.
What materials do you use?
Our posters are printed with state-of-the-art printing technology. We use 200 g/m² paper with a stylish matte finish and UL-certified Greenguard Gold inks. This results in sharp color fidelity and crisp prints.
